At WearablesPalace, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your smartwatch or accessory, we’re here to help.
1. Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Clearance or final-sale items.

Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration not caused by us.

5. How to Start a Return
